Associate Financial Analyst

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be required, including emergency assignments outside normal work hours and location.

Annual salary: $71,650–$79,610, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Support monthly financial and projection reports for operating businesses.
• Assist with annual budgeting, financial projections, and reforecasting.
• Review and validate financial model runs and key financial statements.
• Analyze budget-versus-actual and current-versus-prior-year performance.
• Prepare financial information and projections for executive management, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate financial reporting requirements across corporate, regulatory, accounting, field, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Zero to three years of experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial statements.
• Data analysis, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple organizational levels and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
