Focus on proactively identifying high-potential startups, coordinating program stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across European and US time zones.

Location: Must be based in Europe, with flexibility to support programs across European and US time zones.

What you will do

• Proactively scout, map, and engage early-stage startups to build a high-caliber applicant pipeline.
• Manage and monitor the application funnel within tracking systems to ensure accurate data capture.
• Coordinate program schedules, calendars, and deliverables for cohorts and Demo Days.
• Support the onboarding and scheduling of mentors, speakers, and facilitators.
• Maintain program documentation, participant records, and session feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe with flexibility for cross-time zone collaboration.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, VC pipeline coordination, or program operations.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing and outbound outreach techniques.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching programs to founders.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or Airtable.
