TL;DR
SEO Project Manager (Marketing): Leading SEO projects and managing campaign workflows with an accent on ROI, conversion rates, and client communication. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing Google Ads performance, and delivering data-driven marketing strategies.
Location: Remote (Global). Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time is required.
Salary: $17 to $35 per hour (for candidates in CA, NY, WA, CO)

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet client business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage SEO team workflows, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate communication between clients, Digital Producers, and senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development.
- Review team deliverables to ensure quality before client delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in SEO and managing Google Ads accounts.
- Proven project management experience with knowledge of risk management and resource allocation.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including professional on-camera presentations.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Salesforce).
- Must be available to work Pacific Time (PT) hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
- Reliable internet, power, and computer equipment with webcam and microphone.
Nice to have
- Google Ads or Project Management certifications.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 3+ people.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, or Magento.
