TL;DR
Partnerships Manager (EdTech): Developing and growing strategic partner relationships across Europe to accelerate international growth with an accent on B2B SaaS commercial channels. Location: Hybrid (50% home, 50% office in Amsterdam or Nijkerk). Must reside in the Netherlands and be legally authorized to work there.
Salary: €4,500 - €6,500 per month

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with exam boards, educational publishers, and commercial partners across Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia, and the UK.
- Create account plans and joint go-to-market activities to generate new commercial opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, managing onboarding, training, and commercial enablement.
- Build and manage a structured partner pipeline in HubSpot in collaboration with New Business, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Analyze performance results and identify market developments to professionalize the partner channel.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or account management.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English.
- Must reside in the Netherlands and be legally authorized to work there (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting strategic relationships and align different stakeholder interests.

- Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with international collaboration or indirect sales channels.
