TL;DR

Manager of Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing SDR pod within a globally distributed team with an accent on pipeline generation and sales methodology execution. Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid: office-first with 1-2 days remote flexibility).

Compensation: EUR 120,000 - EUR 145,000 OTE annually.

A fast-growing cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting and assessment solutions to organizations ranging from small institutions to Global 100 enterprises.

What you will do

  • Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing SDR team to generate high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Coach SDRs on cold calling, objection handling, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Partner with RevOps and Enablement to refine tools, playbooks, and operational processes.
  • Analyze funnel data to forecast pipeline and ensure accountability to targets and SLAs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDR talent to ensure rapid productivity.
  • Translate daily sales conversations into actionable market intelligence for GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR management experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and coaching insights.
  • Must be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and able to work in a hybrid office-first environment.
