What you will do

• Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs and assist business units in understanding financial results.
• Support implementation of internal controls and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and HR teams on cost optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA qualification preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory) and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments.
• Ability to prepare and deliver business case presentations to management.
