AP Supervisor Electronics Test (Finance)

What you will do

• Supervise daily AP operations and high-volume invoice processing for global segments.
• Coordinate 2 and 3-way matching of purchase orders and receipts with procurement and engineering teams.
• Manage T&E expense reimbursements using SAP Concur or similar platforms.
• Oversee payment runs (ACH, wire, checks) and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Perform sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations and support period-end closing.
• Lead AP automation projects and the transition to the Oracle Fusion platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing global teams of 6+ members across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SOX internal controls to prevent fraud.
• Advanced Excel and MS 365 skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
