What you will do

• Own the end-to-end accounting and revenue lifecycle for Merchant Capital Advance (MCA) products.
• Monitor and validate repayment activity and reconcile collections across payment and financial systems.
• Manage software billing processes, including invoices, credit notes, and month-end revenue recognition.
• Perform complex reconciliations between operational systems and the General Ledger using large datasets.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights into revenue performance and trends.
• Support month-end close activities and strengthen financial controls for audit readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Accounting, Finance, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS, fintech, or financial services environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis.
• Experience working with Salesforce and other operational systems to support financial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like NetSuite and automated billing systems.
• Must be based in the Philippines (role follows PH holidays and local regulations).
