What you will do

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Manage 2 and 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Oversee employee travel and entertainment expense reimbursements across multiple platforms.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Lead process improvements and participate in the transition to the Oracle Fusion ERP platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Must be local to the position location as no relocation is provided.
• Experience managing a globally distributed team of 6+ across multiple time zones.
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and SOX internal controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
