What you will do

• Review and code vendor invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
• Process payments via checks, electronic transfers, and HCS.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies through coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
• Support month-end close processes and prepare accruals for outstanding expenses.
• Assist in year-end audit activities and maintain accurate transaction documentation.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines for hybrid work.
