Project Manager R&D; PMO (Healthcare)

Location: Libertyville, Illinois, US. Hybrid work with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. US work sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 yearly, plus eligibility for the corporate bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Core Teams through new product and service development and commercialization.
• Build integrated business cases, business plans, and detailed commercialization plans reflecting market requirements and global rollout considerations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project activities in line with product development and quality system processes.
• Manage project budgets, cost targets, resources, and ROI expectations.
• Partner with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Coach project teams and Core Team Leaders in project management methodologies and process adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Strong experience in project execution, leadership, and stakeholder management within matrixed environments.
• Experience using project management tools and best-practice methodologies.
• Experience with product development and commercialization processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work from the Libertyville office at least 4 days per week; US work sponsorship is unavailable.

• PMP certification.
