Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Core Teams to execute project plans and deliver products in alignment with commercialization strategies.
• Develop integrated business and commercialization plans reflecting market requirements and global rollout considerations.
• Manage project budgets, cost targets, and ROI expectations while monitoring progress.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders and functional stakeholders.
• Coach team members and Core Team Leaders in project management methodologies and process adherence.
• Provide input during annual planning cycles regarding resource needs and development priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Strong track record in project execution and leadership within matrixed environments.
• Ability to utilize project management tools and follow best-practice methodologies.
• Strong communication, influence management, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking for high-level decision-making and resource allocation.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with product development and commercialization processes.
