What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end experiences for both traditional UI and AI-powered workflows.
• Define and evolve UX standards for AI features, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and ethical design.
• Translate complex ML model outputs into intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and components.
• Embed AI tools like generative design and LLM-assisted synthesis into the design process.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor others to raise the overall bar for design craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI and at least one AI or data-driven product experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Figma with a strong eye for visual design and interaction quality.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
