What you will do

• Own and drive the FireLight product strategy, vision, and roadmap to meet business objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching and direction.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives with technical and operational requirements.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
• Establish customer feedback mechanisms to translate market trends into product enhancements.
• Champion platform evolution through AI-driven capabilities and process modernization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance or annuity domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading product managers.
• 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
• Expertise in workflow, rules-based, or low-code platform products.
• Proven ability to deliver API-driven products and integrations.
• Experience delivering AI-assisted features to enhance user experience.
