What you will do

• Own operational requirements, including people, processes, and tooling, for all new product and corridor launches.
• Identify and document fraud risk vectors for new products and design mitigation approaches with stakeholders.
• Define operational queues, SLAs, and staffing requirements for new launches.
• Build and iterate on operational SOPs and Go/No-Go playbooks.
• Manage the operational workstream across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Operations teams.
• Monitor operational launch success and conduct post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record in program or launch management within cross-functional environments.
• Deep understanding of fintech risk ecosystems, transaction monitoring, or payment operations.
• Experience in risk-vector design, SOP creation, and governance framework development.
• Hands-on data fluency with SQL and BigQuery for tracking readiness metrics.
• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
