What you will do

• Own operational requirements including people, processes, and tooling for new product and corridor launches.
• Identify and document fraud risk vectors for new products in collaboration with Strategy and Ops teams.
• Design operational queues, SLAs, and staffing models for new launches.
• Build and iterate on operational SOPs and launch playbooks.
• Manage the operational workstream across Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
• Monitor operational success metrics and report launch health to leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English required.
• Proven track record in program or launch management within cross-functional environments.
• Deep understanding of fintech risk ecosystems, transaction monitoring, or payment operations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or BigQuery for tracking readiness metrics.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders without formal authority.
• High capacity for autonomy and ownership in ambiguous environments.
