TL;DR

Senior GTM Engineer (AI/SaaS): Building and optimizing the technical infrastructure for go-to-market systems with an accent on data enrichment, workflow automation, and CRM integration. Focus on designing scalable PLG to SLG handoff flows, implementing LLM-powered productivity tools, and ensuring high-fidelity data sync across the GTM stack.

Location: Must be based in Mountain View, CA

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Own the technical plumbing and integration architecture for GTM systems to ensure seamless data flow and reliable workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end data enrichment pipeline using Clay and ZoomInfo, including ingestion, deduplication, and CRM sync.
  • Build PLG to SLG handoff data flows to surface product-qualified leads (PQLs) within Salesforce.
  • Design and maintain automation across the GTM stack using iPaaS tools like Workato or Zapier.
  • Operationalize AI and LLM tools to drive rep productivity, such as auto-populating MEDDIC fields from call transcripts.
  • Govern Outreach sequence infrastructure, including template management and performance attribution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations with end-to-end system ownership.
  • Proven experience building data enrichment pipelines with Clay and/or ZoomInfo.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tooling (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, or equivalents).
  • Expertise in Outreach administration, sequence governance, and A/B testing.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a transition from Product-Led Growth (PLG) to Sales-Led Growth (SLG).
  • Hands-on work with LLM APIs or AI productivity tools in a GTM context.
  • CPQ administration or DocuSign CLM/eSignature integration experience.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks and their application in CRM data models.
