What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day GTM systems operations across Salesforce, Marketo, and other sales engagement and automation tools.
  • Triage GTM system requests to identify process gaps and automation opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows for lead routing, campaign operations, and vendor integrations to ensure clean data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate operational pain into clear systems requirements.
  • Convert brittle manual or Zapier-style workflows into durable, owned automation.
  • Support the transition from human-facing GTM tools to bot-facing systems for AI agent interaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or technical operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and adjacent systems like Marketo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Experience debugging integrations, field sync issues, and workflow failures.
  • Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to design processes and operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AI-assisted workflows, agent-driven processes, or LLM-enabled GTM operations.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or lightweight scripting for automation and debugging.
  • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and lead enrichment workflows.
