What you will do

• Develop high-level functional understanding of IT opportunities to support Engineering Quality.
• Create and manage multi-year project roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Execute projects by collaborating with cross-functional IT teams and external partners.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and the Quality organization.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while addressing day-to-day operational issues.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in IT business systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, forward, and reverse supply chains.
• Solid understanding of quality systems in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AI, ML, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Proven project management experience in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
