What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key commercial system vendors in the US time zone, ensuring maximum value from partnerships.
• Act as the operational Scrum Master, owning the hygiene and organization of sprint planning processes within Asana.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs and enablement documentation for Go-to-Market teams.
• Support the ongoing optimization of the commercial tech stack, including Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with global internal partners to define and optimize business processes and tools for regional and global KPIs.
• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce and revenue systems (e.g., CPQ, Marketing Automation).
• Ability to operate independently in US or Dublin time zones.
• Strong background in vendor management and software procurement processes.
• Experience in creating software training, internal enablement programs, and user documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
