TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure successful renewals of products and services.
  • Expand revenue streams through strategic needs-based up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end accountability for negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing resources to ensure strategic alignment and increase retention rates.
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC to support territory planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, marketing, or customer success.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and consistently attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting formats, pricing, and sales order management.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance in the office in Jacksonville, FL.
