TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales growth for the Emerging Segment by managing complex sales cycles for financial institutions with an accent on consultative selling and relationship building. Focus on executing account-based strategies, managing pipelines, and delivering platform solutions to banks, asset managers, and private credit firms.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD + Commissions and bonus eligibility

What you will do

  • Execute account-based sales strategies to drive deals from origination to closure.
  • Manage and forecast net new sales pipeline in CRM to ensure quota attainment.
  • Lead the full sales process including executive presentations, ROI development, and contract negotiations.
  • Validate product fit against prospect business strategies and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineers and Product Specialists to advance sales cycles.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the full product suite and competitive market offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2+ years of post-college work experience with quota responsibility.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Working knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, results-driven sales environment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience in SaaS sales to sell-side or buy-side financial institutions.
