What you will do

  • Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and execute scalable outbound strategies to onboard new brands.
  • Articulate the hirify.global value proposition effectively during client demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to brand onboarding within CRM software.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and report on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers to share best practices and drive collective success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, technology, or media sales.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement against sales targets.
  • Experience selling into mid-market to enterprise brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and go-to-market strategies.
