What you will do
- Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Identify high-potential prospects and execute scalable outbound strategies to onboard new brands.
- Articulate the value proposition effectively during client demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to brand onboarding within CRM software.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers to share best practices and drive collective success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, technology, or media sales.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement against sales targets.
- Experience selling into mid-market to enterprise brands.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and go-to-market strategies.
