Location: Remote across Canada or the U.S., with hybrid options in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary.

Salary: $132,000 – $198,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, engagement, and retention across your portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for the legal market.
  • Partner with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful feature launches.
  • Define and track measurable goals using funnel metrics, adoption data, and competitive intelligence.
  • Represent your portfolio in cross-functional planning to prioritize initiatives and remove execution blockers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing with significant go-to-market strategy ownership.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring product marketing professionals.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using funnel and competitive data to drive strategy.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment coordinating across product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to refine and sharpen messaging.
