What you will do
- Translate company strategy into clear marketing priorities, operating plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Drive a data-driven marketing engine to support growth across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.
- Partner with the CRO to improve lead quality, funnel performance, and marketing’s contribution to ARR growth.
- Build and scale customer marketing strategies to deepen engagement and maximize retention.
- Optimize marketing technology, systems, and data quality to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience as a top marketing executive in a $250M+ SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, revenue marketing, and marketing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to scale marketing functions and drive measurable ARR growth.
- Must be based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
