TL;DR

Partner Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing operational systems and enablement content to scale partner relationships and drive new business with an accent on lead tracking, pipeline accuracy, and AI-driven efficiency. Location: Remote, US (Hybrid options available near office hubs; travel is expected for company offsites)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain partner onboarding curricula, content libraries, and product update cadences.
  • Own the full partner lead tracking system and Salesforce attribution reporting to ensure every referral is credited.
  • Produce partner impact reports and dashboards to visualize revenue and outcomes.
  • Design closed-loop processes for referral acknowledgment and qualified lead sharing.
  • Establish a national communication architecture, including digests and an AI prompt library.
  • Manage the end-to-end Quarterly Business Review (QBR) program, including templates and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partner operations, sales enablement, channel programs, or revenue operations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to build systems, SOPs, and tracking infrastructure from scratch.
  • Strong data literacy for pipeline reporting and translating data into narratives.
  • Proficiency in CRM, with Salesforce being preferred.
  • Active experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate and scale work.

Nice to have

  • Background in automotive, field sales tech, or vertical SaaS.
  • Experience designing and running QBR programs with external partners.
  • History of building enablement programs for distributed field teams.
