TL;DR

Associate Vice President, Sales Enablement (IoT): Defining and leading the global sales enablement strategy to equip the sales organization with tools and frameworks for revenue growth with an accent on GTM readiness and execution excellence. Focus on integrating AI into sales workflows, establishing measurement frameworks for enablement impact, and aligning cross-functional leadership.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Define and lead the global sales enablement strategy aligned with revenue generation and GTM priorities.
  • Oversee product and solution enablement across the portfolio to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Establish and govern a structured global go-to-market readiness model for product launches.
  • Manage the development of onboarding, sales skills, and certification frameworks.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to drive adoption of CRM and AI capabilities within the sales process.
  • Implement a measurement framework to link enablement activities to win rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM strategy.
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer lifecycle enablement.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Nice to have

  • Sales methodology certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, CHAMP).
  • Enablement or AI-related professional certifications.
