What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Creative Project Managers through regular feedback and performance guidance.
• Coordinate workload distribution across the CPM team to align with shifting campaign priorities.
• Establish consistent production workflows, briefing practices, and agency collaboration processes.
• Oversee the execution of creative asset production across video, static, CRM, paid media, and localized content.
• Monitor production progress using workflow tools like JIRA, Workfront, Airtable, or Monday.com.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand consistency, technical compliance, and approved creative direction.

Requirements

• Experience in creative project management, integrated production, or creative operations.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring project management teams.
• Knowledge of creative production workflows across digital, video, and print.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as JIRA, Workfront, Airtable, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Professional fluency in English.
