What you will do

• Provide hands-on support to development teams by updating schedules and managing studio-wide communications.
• Assist in task and bug tracking using internal project management tools.
• Facilitate clear communication and information flow across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain development schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve issues that prevent team progress.
• Participate in internal playtests and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be available to work in the studio in Santa Monica, CA on a hybrid basis.
• College degree or at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and GSuite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for both individuals and large groups.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development or VFX.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Shotgun, or Microsoft Project.
