What you will do
- Define and execute the Deal Desk strategy and operating roadmap for the APAC region across various commercial motions.
- Structure and govern complex enterprise transactions involving non-standard pricing, packaging, and billing terms.
- Establish scalable regional approval governance, including decision rights, risk segmentation, and executive decision forums.
- Partner with global Systems and Operations teams to translate regional needs into CRM, CPQ, and ERP capabilities.
- Analyze transaction patterns and competitive dynamics to shape pricing and packaging decisions.
- Mentor senior peers and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue recognition, compliance, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations within enterprise SaaS or cloud environments.
- Proven track record of setting regional strategies and leading complex cross-functional workstreams with limited oversight.
- Deep expertise in structuring high-stakes transactions with non-standard terms and regulated requirements.
- Strong understanding of downstream impacts on contracting, billing, tax, and revenue recognition.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills to align stakeholders across GTM, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud marketplaces, including private offers and billing reconciliation.
- Japanese language proficiency.
- Experience with partner, reseller, or channel-led commercial motions.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption patterns or cloud-based AI services.
- Background in accounting, audit, controllership, or technical revenue.
