TL;DR

Deal Desk Manager (SaaS): Partnering with the Sales organization to construct, review, and negotiate complex business opportunities with an accent on revenue recognition and contract compliance. Focus on leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate deal cycles and providing structured insights to Sales leadership.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Dublin, CA; Menlo Park, CA; or Bellevue, WA)

Salary: $132,000 – $173,200

What you will do

  • Partner with the Acquisition Accounts Sales team to advise on deal construction and negotiation.
  • Coordinate information flow between Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Operations.
  • Ensure all deal reviews and approvals adhere to corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Implement and refine deal desk processes and procedures across the organization.
  • Utilize AI-assisted automation tools to analyze commercial trends and accelerate review cycles.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate the end-to-end deal process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.
  • Ability to draft and interpret complex contractual business terms.
  • Experience with SaaS and consumption-based business models.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and highly complex contract negotiations.
