What you will do

• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Partner with the CFO and Investor Relations to prepare fundraising materials, board reporting, and investor communications.
• Perform financial analyses for M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital market transactions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to executive management based on financial and strategic implications.
• Construct detailed scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and contingency planning for investment decisions.
• Coordinate with the FP&A team to drive operational and financial benchmarking.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Strategic Finance with a track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology organization with deep understanding of AI/ML market dynamics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Expertise in enterprise-level financial planning systems and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including M&A, valuation, and capital raising experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
