Salary: $122,000 – $163,000 (US-based).

What you will do
- Build and execute always-on lifecycle programs covering onboarding, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
- Own the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, launch, and iteration to drive subscription revenue.
- Overhaul and maintain the Braze CRM infrastructure, ensuring clean architecture and documented user journeys.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering on GTM strategies and feature launches.
- Develop scalable processes for request intake, prioritization, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically with subscription or freemium social/dating apps.
- Hands-on experience rebuilding or managing complex CRM infrastructure (Braze preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with an IC mindset.
- Active interest in integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
