TL;DR
Head of Demand Generation (AI): Leading the end-to-end demand-generation engine to drive qualified pipeline and revenue for a voice-AI platform with an accent on building an AI-native, repeatable marketing system. Focus on scaling pipeline efficiency, optimizing the full revenue funnel, and partnering with Sales and RevOps to accelerate growth.
Location: Remote (USA). For candidates outside the US, the company utilizes an Employer of Record model.
Compensation: $230,000 – $300,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end demand-generation to revenue engine, setting strategy to grow marketing-sourced qualified pipeline.
- Build a repeatable, AI-native demand system that compounds rather than relying on one-off campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead-to-opportunity-to-closed-won conversion rates.
- Allocate budget to high-leverage bets and concentrate spend where the product wins.
- Hire, level, and develop a high-performing revenue marketing organization.
- Establish attribution and reporting to provide clear visibility from spend to revenue for the executive team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or eligible for international hiring via Employer of Record.
- Proven experience operating with an AI-native mindset, designing human+AI workflows as the default mode.
- Ability to reason from first principles to rebuild and optimize leaky funnels.
- Experience setting strategy for multi-team functions and translating company goals into clear direction.
- Strong ownership of revenue funnel metrics and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product.
- Experience managing budgets and holding teams accountable for results.
Nice to have
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including senior leadership in growth or demand generation.
- Experience scaling marketing for developer-first, API, or technical B2B products.
- Background in both product-led and sales-led growth environments.
- Fluency with modern revenue-marketing and analytics stacks (marketing automation, attribution, ABM).
