What you will do

• Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of utility-scale inverters via site visits, email, and phone.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts of spare parts.
• Work with high-voltage DC electricity, three-phase power, and inverter software/firmware.
• Execute maintenance activities according to product manuals and contractual obligations.
• Analyze inverter data to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while managing service costs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or network communications.
• Ability to travel significantly for domestic and international field service assignments.
• Availability to work nonstandard business hours as required by service contracts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperature environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the renewable energy industry.
