Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to perform detailed physical and electrical design for BESS.
- Create design deliverables including single line diagrams, general arrangements, connection details, and bill of materials.
- Perform power system studies such as load flow, reactive power, ampacity, short circuit, and arc flash.
- Prepare computer-based models and write technical material, equipment, and construction specifications.
- Review spec sheets and submittals for conformance and provide field assistance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure adherence to high ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- 1–4 years of relevant engineering or field experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with utility-scale BESS.
- Proficiency with PowerFactory, ETAP, CYMCAP, CDEGS/WinIGS, or Visual Lighting.
- Experience with 3D BIM design software.
- FE or PE licensure.
