What you will do

• Monitor daily manufacturing processes and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and update process sheets and documentation to reflect operational changes.
• Collaborate with process engineers to execute validations, optimizations, and audits.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols rigorously.
• Identify and report critical process issues to the engineering team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant technical work experience.
• Ability to perform critical tasks with high accuracy and follow detailed procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb 20 ft ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
• Proficiency in communicating data through text, graphics, and images.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield quality metrics.
