What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure timely certification and production readiness.
• Evaluate trainee performance through observation, assessments, and skills verification.
• Provide real-time coaching and reinforcement directly on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to SOPs and EHS requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and fill skills gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to small groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and training documentation tools.
• Previous experience delivering training or mentoring employees in production is preferred.
