Mold Process Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Rosemount, MN (On-site). Due to ITAR regulations, this role is restricted to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugees/asylees only.

Salary: $30.38–$41.00 per hour (plus $3.40/hour shift differential).

What you will do

• Set up and start up molds using decoupled and scientific molding practices.
• Develop and document machine operating parameters to meet part specifications.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues related to mold cycling, function, and quality defects.
• Operate and maintain UR robots, including auto spray and grid placement systems.
• Perform thorough part inspections and record process specifications accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area while adhering to operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee (ITAR compliance).
• 2-year technical degree/certification or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience adjusting process parameters to correct defects in plastic injection molded parts.
• Knowledge of decoupled molding techniques and engineering grade resins.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds and operate material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English and performing basic arithmetic.
