What you will do

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery including press brakes, laser/punch machines, and CNC routers.
• Analyze engineering drawings, diagrams, and bills of materials to ensure manufacturability.
• Utilize precision measuring devices such as 3D scanners, calipers, and micrometers to verify parts.
• Document production progress and maintain accurate data in internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and resolve manufacturing errors.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform routine equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fabrication, preferably with mixed metals.
• 1-2 years of experience or training in document control.
• Current forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and perform physical tasks like bending and climbing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical instructions and drawings.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tualatin, Oregon.
