What you will do

• Operate complex production machinery, including filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers and scales to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage raw materials and consumables to ensure availability and reduce waste.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior operators on safety and quality protocols.
• Document production data, maintenance logs, and quality checks for internal and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for equipment operation.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
