Salary: $20.14 - $24.90 an hour

What you will do

• Set up and turn over 3D printing machines accurately to ensure builds complete as scheduled.
• Remove builds from machines and prepare them for post-build teams.
• Handle raw materials, including blending according to recipes and performing powder sieve processes.
• Perform light machine maintenance and ensure overall lab and workspace cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to troubleshoot build crashes and prevent machine issues.
• Follow all safety and quality policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Demonstrated computer aptitude with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and complex database applications.
• Ability to stand for up to 75% of the time and lift/move up to 70 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Excellent punctuality and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience operating or maintaining manufacturing machinery.
