What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • Approach and sign up new B2B partners including tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
  • Manage commercial deals, document flow, and technical setup until the first purchase.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Spend approximately 50% of working time on business trips for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales management or business development within the travel industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional travel market and B2B networks.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Must be based in Brazil as no visa sponsorship is provided.
