TL;DR

Salary: $144,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide effective coaching and talent development to maximize team potential.
  • Coordinate in-field activities and manage key accounts to drive market segment growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
  • Maintain technical expertise on products and policies to support customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences or Business preferred).
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience managing field sales representatives.
  • Proven track record in sales history, team leadership, and talent development.
  • Experience with patient access and market access pull-through.
  • Knowledge of FDA Marketing Compliance, PhRMA Guidelines, and the Sunshine Act.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fibromyalgia, rheumatology, neurology, or pain management.
  • Product launch experience.
