Salary: $144,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide effective coaching and talent development to maximize team potential.
- Coordinate in-field activities and manage key accounts to drive market segment growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
- Maintain technical expertise on products and policies to support customers and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences or Business preferred).
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience managing field sales representatives.
- Proven track record in sales history, team leadership, and talent development.
- Experience with patient access and market access pull-through.
- Knowledge of FDA Marketing Compliance, PhRMA Guidelines, and the Sunshine Act.
- Ability to travel 3-4 days per week, including overnight and weekend travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience in fibromyalgia, rheumatology, neurology, or pain management.
- Product launch experience.
