SVP, Strategy-Access Marketing: Guiding access marketing strategy partnerships with external clients and overseeing performance and growth of the internal Advisory strategy team with an accent on market/patient access strategy, stakeholder insights, and integration between Advisory and Marketing disciplines. What you will do
- Develop and advise comprehensive market/patient access strategy to maximize and communicate brand value across pipeline and inline assets.
- Build, manage, and oversee subject matter experts covering coverage, coding, payment, pricing and contracting, distributors and specialty pharmacies, field team design, and patient support services.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research for market access stakeholders and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Ensure seamless integration of Access Marketing Advisory strategy with Marketing strategy, including personas/archetypes, strategy maps, brand plan integration, positioning, identity strategy, creative briefs, and messaging.
- Lead ideation and execution of access marketing solutions, tactics, and activations; facilitate workshops and key client meetings.
- Drive growth of the Access Marketing offer via Access Marketing RFP strategy, identify organic growth, and proactively pursue new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (public health, public policy, marketing, business administration).
- 15+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience, preferably in market access, payer marketing, or managed markets agency environments.
- Proven experience leading market access/patient access/access marketing strategy across pre-launch, launch, mature, and portfolio brands.
- Track record building and leading teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical content into strategy that informs storytelling and creative direction; comfortable working under tight deadlines.
