TL;DR

Product Marketing Lead (Healthcare): Driving go-to-market strategy and execution for key product lines with an accent on translating complex healthcare economics and data insights into compelling value propositions. Location: Based in New York City; must work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Salary: $193,000 - $206,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy, including market segmentation, value propositions, and messaging architecture.
  • Lead product launch campaigns and feature releases across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop data-driven marketing plans with KPIs focusing on pipeline generation and deal velocity.
  • Conduct primary and quantitative market research to identify strategic gaps and win/loss trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to create competitive playbooks and enablement tools.
  • Partner with Product Leadership to inform the roadmap and feature differentiation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing with 2+ years in leadership or senior IC roles.
  • Experience launching products for high-caliber customers, such as Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and cohort analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives and clinicians.
  • Must be based in New York City for the required hybrid work schedule.
