Salary: $155,000 - $194,000

What you will do
- Lead strategic marketing programs focused on high-impact partnerships (e.g., Oura).
- Design and oversee end-to-end customer journeys from awareness and education through conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, analytics, and MarComms teams.
- Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets and campaign briefs.
- Drive performance marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and develop dashboards for leadership reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in multi-channel campaign strategy.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing experience is required.
Nice to have
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Experience in partnership or co-marketing initiatives with external organizations.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
