Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

hirify.global is a growth-stage medtech company developing connected Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and response systems to improve survival rates for cardiac arrest victims.

What you will do

  • Translate internal vision and GTM strategy into partner-ready narratives and enablement tools.
  • Position the product portfolio (Connect AED, REALConnect, 4 Minute Community) for diverse partner audiences.
  • Create co-branded sales assets including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and training content.
  • Develop competitive narratives to differentiate Avive from industry players like Stryker and Zoll.
  • Operationalize the Proof Point Playbook by turning customer save stories into deployable marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B experience in product, partner, or content marketing.
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as medtech, digital health, or public safety.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify dense clinical or technical material.
  • Proven track record of building sales enablement tools that directly influence revenue.
  • Ability to manage both high-level GTM strategy and hands-on content execution.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Brisbane, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel, reseller, or retail co-marketing.
  • Background in connected healthcare solutions or tech-driven medical products.
  • Experience supporting national accounts or enterprise GTM motions.
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven content deployment and sales enablement tooling.
