What you will do

• Own day-to-day ecommerce operations across Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, DTC, and TikTok Shop.
• Execute pricing updates, promotions, product launches, and inventory coordination across priority channels.
• Serve as the operational lead connecting Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance teams.
• Manage and develop the Ecommerce Manager, providing coaching and career development.
• Build reporting and dashboards to translate channel performance into actionable business insights.
• Evaluate and optimize ecommerce tools and technology to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, preferably within consumer products, CPG, toys, or games.
• Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central across North America and Europe.
• Experience managing retail.com channels such as Walmart and Target.
• Proven experience leading and developing team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Los Angeles, CA.

• Experience working across international markets.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools for ecommerce optimization.
