Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, New York City, or Toronto

Salary: CAD 135,000–165,000 annually for the Ontario position

What you will do

• Own and manage an assigned global client group across the connected commerce landscape.
• Build relationships with brand, eCommerce, shopper, and media stakeholders.
• Drive revenue, margin, EBITDA, client retention, and portfolio expansion.
• Extend client relationships into digital shelf, retail media, marketplaces, and agentic commerce.
• Lead account planning, growth opportunities, commerce scope design, and commercial engagement.
• Define pricing and governance models for AI-assisted production and escalate significant business, data, brand safety, and contractual risks.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic client relationships and complex client portfolios.
• Commercial responsibility for account growth, profitability, retention, and expansion.
• Ability to collaborate with programme, creative, strategy, commerce, data, analytics, finance, and technology functions.
• Experience engaging with clients, retailers, retail media networks, and commerce technology partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Chicago, New York City, or Toronto.
