eCommerce Manager (Czech)

What you will do

• Establish and implement merchandising, trading, and growth strategies for the Eastern Europe D2C business.
• Execute trading plans across product categories to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment.
• Manage promotional calendars, website discounts, influencer discounts, product visibility, placement, and cross-selling.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock allocation, demand signalling, and inventory levels to maintain product availability.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, sales performance, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Report sales performance, customer-service KPIs, gross margin, and forecast attainment while collaborating with regional and global e-commerce teams.

Requirements

• Experience in D2C e-commerce and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies.
• Fluent Czech and English.
• Track record of driving profitability and strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Experience with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms, including Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
